Monday 530-730p - Competitive Fundamentals & Techniques
Class focus on the proper techniques, theories and fundamentals used in competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in addition to extended grappling time. Open to all skill levels, this class is great for beginners to begin developing their newly learned techniques or for advanced students to hone and sharpen their skill set.
Tuesday 530-630p - Advanced Technique
Class focus on advanced technique and skill. Open to intermediate and advanced skill levels.
Wednesday 530-7p - Beginner Fundamentals & Skills
Class focus on the basic fundamentals, exercises and skills needed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Open to all the skill levels, this class is designed to teach and help reinforce the basic concepts and skills needed in BJJ and then concludes with supervised grappling sessions to ensure proper usage of technique being taught.
Thursday 530-630p - Advanced Technique
Class focus on advanced technique and skill. Open to intermediate and advanced skill levels.

Sunday 2-3p - Advanced Technique

Sunday 3-4p - Open Mat
This class time is open to all students to come and grapple. Take advantage of this time to work on a specific skill or just get a good workout in. Class is designed to be low stress and allow students to work at their own pace.
